Return Policy - Bulk Rubber Bands

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. However, if you need to return an order, our policy is:

If there is a product defect, new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a product exchange. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving products. Simply contact our support team to get a pre-authorized return.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for all returned items. We cannot refund any shipping fees paid by you for the return. All items must be returned in their original undamaged condition to qualify for a refund.

Due to the nature of our bulk order business model, all returns will be subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee within 30 business days. Your refund will appear as a credit on your original method of payment.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we can process an exchange without a restocking fee but will not refund any shipping cost associated with the return. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange request.

Certain custom or specialty items cannot be returned due to the nature of their production. Please check individual product pages for specific return policies.
