Will I be Charged Sales Tax?
As required by law, we collect and remit sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within applicable states and jurisdictions. At checkout, sales tax will be automatically calculated based on the billing address provided and items in your order.
When you enter your address during checkout, our system verifies the location and applies the correct state and local sales tax rates based on tax regulations for that area. The final total displayed at checkout will include sales tax.
What is your return policy?
We stand by the quality of our products and want our
customers to be fully satisfied.
If there is a product defect new, unopened items can be returned
within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Defects must be reported within 3 days
of receiving products. Simply contact our support team to get a pre-authorized
return.
What if My Items Arrive Defective or I am Missing Something from My Order?
If upon receiving your order you find any item(s) are
defective, damaged, or if something is missing, please contact our customer support team within 1 business day of receipt.
To file a claim, you can reach out via the following methods:

When reaching out, please provide your order number, items
affected, and a detailed description of the issue(s) with photos if possible.
Our support agents will open a ticket to investigate your claim.
If we determine a replacement is needed due to manufacturer
defects or errors on our part, we will ship a new replacement item to you free of charge usually within 3-5 business days upon verification of the issue. You are not required to return the defective item.
For incomplete orders where qualifying items are missing or
never shipped, we will either provide a refund for the missing item(s) or ship the item(s) and cover any additional shipping charges.
All claims must be submitted within 1 business day of receiving your order to be eligible for free replacement or refund under our
defective merchandise policy.
What Are My Shipping Costs?
Yes, our item prices displayed on the website already
include standard shipping costs. We do not charge any additional fees at
checkout for shipping within the continental US.
When you add items to your cart, the prices you see will be
the total price you pay including delivery. There are no surprises at checkout regarding shipping charges.
This allows you to easily view the total cost for your order
upfront without having to select a shipping method or enter your address first. You won't be charged anything additional at checkout beyond the item prices.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for payment.
What If I Need to Cancel My Order?
For any order that has not yet been shipped, you may request
cancellation by contacting our team at support@bulkrubberbands.com.
To do so, please email support@bulkrubberbands.com or call us within 1 business day of placing your order with your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.
Can I become a Reseller? Can I sell resell products from your site on a Marketplace?
We appreciate your interest in potentially reselling our rubber band products. Currently, we do not have a formal reseller program in place.
However, we recognize the value that strategic reseller partnerships could bring to expanding our customer reach. If you would like to
explore a potential collaboration, please provide some basic details about your business and intended sales channels.

We carry exclusively Alliance Rubber brand American-made
rubber bands. Alliance is a leading domestic manufacturer with over 50 years of experience.
All of our rubber bands are produced in Alliance's facilities located in the United States. We do not import or sell any foreign-made rubber bands that may have unknown quality or sourcing.
As a valued partner and reseller of Alliance products, we are committed to supporting American jobs and supplying customers with the
highest quality rubber bands backed by Alliance's reputation for excellence.
The rubber band styles we offer in bulk include:
• Pale Crape - A delicate latex-free band suitable for gifts and stationery uses.
• Advantage - Alliance's top-selling general purpose black band.

a leading American producer known for consistently high quality. Alliance uses stringent processes and top-grade natural latex to craft rubber bands that last

Do You Ship Internationally for Bulk Purchases?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United
States. Customers in other countries will be unable to complete purchases on our site.
However, we strive to make our products available to all
customers regardless of location. If you are an international customer who is interested in placing an order, please contact our support team at support@bulkrubberbands.com to discuss shipping options.
By providing your address information, our team can look
into alternative carrier rates and any customs/duties fees that may apply to your specific delivery location. We may be able to work out a private shipping arrangement on a case-by-case basis.
